ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR CONSUMER DISPUTES (RAL)
Duty imposed by Law 144/2015, of 8 September.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Entity, a list of which is an integral part of this information.
If there is no entity registered on the ADR list, with territorial competence delimited to the area where the service provider in question is located, or in case of doubt, the consumer may resort to the CNIACC - National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts, also identified on the ADR list, which has supplementary competence throughout the national territory.
